Regardless of HOW you get to Level 3, or how fast, your main objective upon getting there should be to learn the game mechanics while fishing Lone Star Lake, UNTIL YOU REACH LEVEL 8. Your main target fish is the Spotted Bass. At this early stage, you'll be in Lone Star Lake - Texas. Upon entry to the game, you complete a few basic tutorial lessons and will soon reach Level 3. I have lived in places that use both metric and imperial, but metric is far more useful in this game because of how size comparisons are indicated in the tackle and home capacity boxes. The controller layout is listed in-game and is accurate.Ģ- I don't want you to waste money or time in the early and mid level phases, so this is an efficient guide more than anything else.ģ- I'm going to give names and measurements in METRIC UNITS. I'm playing on XBOX and learned a lot from general guides via YouTube and etc., but I think this will help.ġ- I am not going to go over much in terms of specific controls. It has been incredibly simple to catch pumpkinseed on all the other maps but I'm finding that White Moose Lake is proving to be very frustrating.I am sure that with most people spending much more time at home these days, a ca. I have my leader set to between 20 and 22 inches, using either red worm, bloodworm, marshmallows or semolina balls.įor lake chub I tend to focus my fishing at the rock wall to the right of the lake, about 45ft out, or the rock wall to the left of the lake (near the log cabin) about 25ft out at the edge of the pier.įor pumpkinseed I keep to the rock wall to the right of the lake, around 45ft out again, sometimes letting the float drift out with the wind to the left. I even tried waiting for days where the temperature was warmer and obviously peak times but I am yet to catch. I get nibble after nibble but never a solid bite. but, after around 10 hours of real time fishing (in different locations on the lake), I just cannot catch. After hours of trying I even looked at tips and even YouTube videos of people catching, where to fish, what bait to use, what length my leader should be etc etc. I am currently trying to catch the lake chub and the pumpkinseed at White Moose Lake but I haven't had any joy.
